I haven't posted anything in so long! I started school more than a month ago and the truth is that I don't have as much time as I used to have. And it's going to get even worse now that we're entering the exams period, so don't expect to see me much around here until Christmas.
Anyway, today I found a little time to write and I decided to bring you something tasty. For some reason this looks like a fall recipe to me, but judge for yourselfs.
Ingredients:
- 95 g of crushed nuts
- 2 bananas
- 120 ml of virgin olive oil
- 200g of panela (or brown sugar)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 230 g of oats
- 95 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 90 g of dried cranberries
Process:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mash the bananas, add the oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix everything together. In another bowl put the oats, flour, yeast and cinnamon. Mix and add to the previous bowl. Add the nuts and cranberries. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
Cheers!
