This is one of the best! Perfect for before or after training (or any other time for that matter...).
Ingredients:
- 10 dates.
- 1/2 cup of cashews.
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
Preparation:
First take the seeds out of the dates and crush them. Also crush the cashews and mix them with the dates. Add the chia seeds, peanut butter and cinnamon and mix again. Finally, add the oatmeal and stir until it becomes a doughy and homogeneous mass. Shape the mixture into balls. Put it in the freezer for a couple of hours and it's ready! Always keep them in the freezer.
